McLennan Reservation – Tyringham, MA

McLennan Reservation – 594 acres.  Hike, snow shoe or xc ski into a rugged and remote tract of forested hills and wetlands at the edge of historic Tyringham Valley.

The reservation was once part of the Ashintully estate, whose gardens are located at the southern end of the valley and comprise another Trustees reservation– Ashintully Gardens.

Trails–1.5 miles of moderate hiking, strenuous in places.

When to Visit–Open year-round, daily, sunrise to sunset.
