Lenoxdale, MA–Join the Housatonic Valley Assoc.for a FREE (Almost) Full Moon Paddling Trip on the Housatonic River at Woods Pond

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the evening and watch the moon rise as we paddle a flatwater stretch of the Housatonic River through the Darey Wildlife Management Area.

Suitable for families with children 10+yrs. Canoes provided or register to bring your own boat.

Explore the beauty of the Housatonic River on this free paddle trip offered by the Housatonic Valley Association (HVA). The paddle trip is a great chance for area residents to learn where to access the river, understand some of the current issues and appreciate the river as a natural resource. Register to use one of HVA’s canoes or bring your own boat.

While this trip is free, pre-registration is required, as space is limited. Once registered, participants will receive trip information that will provide detailed information about what to bring, directions and meeting location.
