Mondays and Fridays through December 21st, from  10:00am-4:00pm.

Discover ways to navigate outdoors in winter while having fun exploring an interactive display station that features some useful tools of the trade. Investigate the wonders of maps and compass along with a few tricks to identify animal tracks and trees from their bark! Games and hands-on map-making are some of the activities will round out the visit. This program was designed as a self-guided activity but may also be led by a Park Interpreter. Appropriate for ages 8 and up. Meet at the Visitor Center.
